Pledge of Allegiance Pledge of Allegiance I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands, one Nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. (Moment of Silence)
Picture Day for Students and Staff- Wednesday, Sept 16th School Picture day will take place on Wednesday, September 16th. Forms went home with students prior to picture day for parents to purchase pictures online or students to return to the photographers on picture day. The students will be called down by grade and team in the following order: Block 1-6th grade, Block 2-8th grade and Block 3- 7th grade. All online picture orders must be received by Wednesday, September 16th at midnight.
Riding the Bus At this time, we are not allowing students to ride a different bus home than the route they are assigned to.
Yearbook Club Anyone interested in joining Yearbook club should come to an informational meeting on Tuesday September 22nd in room A-118 (Pandolfi). Have a ride ready for pickup at 2:30.
Student Council Meeting Wednesday, September 16th Student Council will meet Wednesday, September 16th from 2:15 to 3pm in Mr. DiPalma's room (B220). We will discuss spirit days and fundraiser opportunities. Please have a ride at 3pm. See Ms. DeLucia or Mrs. Moreira with questions.
Select Choir- Auditions, Wednesday, September 23rd Attention musicians - auditions for the Middle School Select Choir will be held on Wednesday September 23rd. This select choir will rehearse every Wednesday after school with Mrs. Iadarola, the High School choir teacher, and all 7th and 8th graders are welcome to audition. Details and audition sign-ups can be found in the letter being sent home to families
Gamerz Club Gamerz Club will once again be taking place this year. If you have a love of video games and would like to spend time connecting with others who do as well, then the Gamerz Club may be for you. This club will be held Thursday afternoons from 2-3:30, with the first session starting October 8th. If interested, please pick up a permission slip from the office or Student Services. See Mr. Sansolo for more details. Permission slips are due by Wednesday September 30th.
NHMS Press-School Newspaper Club Calling all journalists, editors, and photographers! The NHMS Press, our school newspaper, is back up and running for another year, and we'd love to have new members. Our first meeting will be next Thursday, 9/24 from 2-2:30 in Ms. Kehoe's room A119. We will discuss the club and sign up for roles. If you think this may be a good fit for you, stop by! Please have a ride ready for 2:30.
